WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TOWARDS MAKING A WEDDING FILM?

When we say we have a modern approach towards weddings we seriously mean it. Our videos are not based on trends but content and visuals. We strongly believe in cinema and we want to present a wedding in a refreshing and unique style while still keeping the essence of emotions in place. 

Ours is not a grand affair, is it still possible to get you on board ? 

We do not label ourself as a luxury wedding film company, we are a bunch of passionate film makers who yearn for great stories. Let us know your story and we will create a custom package for you.

Do you travel ?

Yes we do travel all across the world.

What are the deliverables ?

A  3-5 minute cinematic trailer and a 25-35 minute cinematic highlight film are our main deliverables. Along with that we give separate full videos for performances/functions etc

hen can we Expect the Delivery ?

Editing a film is a creative process and we take it very very seriously. Each film goes through a series of iterations till we reach a point where we can proudly say " this is our best work till date". It usually takes us 3-4 months to deliver your complete film based on our work schedule.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMELINES?

• Our processing timeline starts on the date your invoice is closed. The payment of the shoot is due on the date of the shoot. If your payment is delayed, the processing timeline listed below will start on the date your payment is received.
• 1 week after the session or invoice closing date (whichever is later), you’ll receive the original images from the shoot

• We do offer a “Rush my Order” service which allows you to get your order completed within 10 days. Please discuss with us during the pre-shoot conversation should you want to avail this service.
• We use a cloud based service to transfer all photographs.

• Once you have made your selection of images and provided it to us, then only your video editing work will starts

• Trailer takes 3 weeks
• Short film & Traditional Film will provide only with final Deliverables
• Video modifications can be done only twice, after that charges will be applicable 
• Print & frames take 2 weeks
• Domestic Albums take upto 4 weeks
• International Albums take upto 10 weeks
• Personalised Products take upto 4 weeks
• Other products, no listed above, take 4 weeks

• Your order can only be completed when you timely submit your requirements for images required for editing and printing. We can only store your data for 90 days from the date of the shoot. Incase you do not submit your requirements in 90 days, your package will close and we would not be liable for any refunds nor would you claim any returns or exchanges.

• We have limited space available in our studio to store prints & product. We are only able to hold your prints & products for 2 weeks from the date your prints are ready. If you do not pick up your prints within 2 weeks, we will assume that you no longer want the prints and in this case the prints & products will be discarded and no refunds will be issued in such a scenario. There would be no returns or exchanges due if such an event arises.

Are you ok if we hire additional videographers?

No we are not. We try to keep our compositions clean by avoiding distractions and people carrying cameras are a distraction (including our own team members) . We work very closely within our team to ensure we do not obstruct each other's frames and for this very reason we work in exclusivity. 

How big is your team ? 

The size of the team is decided based on individual requirements. A team of four is good enough to capture a wedding in its entirety but we can also get a team of 10 if needed.

My wedding is next year, is it too early to enquire?

Since we take up very limited weddings each year we are usually booked 6-7 months in advance.

Payment terms :-

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept Cheques, Electronic Transfers (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS), and Cash. 

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE?

• Payment is due on the day of the shoot. 

SHOOT BOOKING ADVANCE

• Our shoots require bookings of Rs. 10,000 deposit. You can pay the deposit upon submission of this form or confirmation.

• This amount will be adjusted against your package total.

• Advance Payment is not Refundable if u cancel the booking, You can pre/postponed the wedding with prior information that's not lead any cost Any add ons in event can lead to additional cost.

• If you postpone/Cancel the session within 72 hours of the shoot, this amount is non-refundable. If you postpone prior to 72 hours, this amount is adjusted towards your postponed session. 

• Any change in event or add ons can lead to additional cost
